Mersey Gateway roadworks and footpath closures update – 25 January 2016
Essential work on the Mersey Gateway Project means the following new road, lane and footpath closures will be in place over the coming days and weeks.

| 29/1/16 – 1/2/16 | Moor Lane and Ashley Way, Widnes | Weekend closure (7.30pm Friday – 5am Monday) of Moor Lane eastbound (towards Widnes centre) and Ashley Way westbound (towards Ditton Junction). A diversion will be in place. There will also be a lane closure on Moor Lane westbound (towards Ditton Junction). |

A557 at M56 Junction 12, Runcorn | Weekend closures (7.30pm Friday – 5am Monday) of the northbound A557 (towards Runcorn) between Clifton roundabout and M56 Junction 12 roundabout. A diversion will be in place. |
| 6/2/16 – 8/2/16 | Waterloo Road, Widnes | Three-way temporary traffic signals to control traffic in a single lane during demolition works. |

Moor Lane and Ashley Way, Widnes | Weekend closures (7.30pm Friday – 5am Monday) of Moor Lane in both directions and Ashley Way eastbound (towards Watkinson Way) between Moor Lane and Victoria Road. A diversion will be in place. |
