Mersey Gateway roadworks update – 22 May
New works
Essential work on the Mersey Gateway Project means the following new road, lane and footpath closures will be in place over the coming days and weeks.

| 23/5/17 | B5419 Moor Lane, Widnes | Off peak lane closures (09.30am – 3.30pm) of lane 2 of the westbound and eastbound Moor Lane. Traffic will reduce to single lane running. |
| 26/5/17 – 27/5/17 | A557 Weston Point Expressway | Overnight lane closures (7.30pm – 5.30am) of the north and southbound Weston Point Expressway. |
| 04/6/17 – 16/7/17

A557 Weston Point Expressway | Total closure of the Weston Link to Weston Point Expressway westbound. A diversion will be in place using M56 roundabout |
