Mersey Gateway roadworks update – 30 May
Road openings
The following routes will reopen following essential work on the Mersey Gateway project:

| From 02/6/17 | A557 Weston Point Expressway, Runcorn | The southbound lane closure on Weston Point Expressway will reopen during peak hours on Friday 2 June 2017 |
New works
Essential work on the Mersey Gateway Project means the following new road, lane and footpath closures will be in place over the coming days and weeks.

| 9/6/17 – 12/6/17 | Clifton Road / Beechwood Avenue, Runcorn | Weekend overnight closures (9.15pm – 6am) of Clifton Road / Beechwood Avenue between Rocksavage Way and Betchworth Crescent. A diversion will be in place. |
| 10/6/17 – 07/7/17 | Beechwood Avenue, Runcorn | Two-way traffic signals on Beechwood Avenue under Weston Link. |
