Mersey Gateway roadworks update
New works
Essential work on the Mersey Gateway Project means the following new road, lane and footpath closures will be in place over the coming days and weeks.

| 08/4/17 – 09/4/17 | Victoria Road/Waterloo Road, Widnes | Weekend closure (midnight Friday – 9.30pm Sunday) of Victoria Road / Waterloo Road in both directions between Hutchinson Street and Ashley Way. A diversion will be in place |
| 10/4/17 – 16/4/17 | A562 Speke Road Widnes |
Overnight closures (7.30pm – 5am) of the northbound Speke Road, a diversion will be in place. |
| 21/4/17 – 24/4/17 | A562 Speke Road Widnes |
Weekend closure (9.30pm – 6am) of the southbound Speke Road, a diversion will be in place. |
