Mersey Gateway roadworks update
Road openings
The following routes will reopen following essential work on the Mersey Gateway project:

| From 20/3/17 | A533 Central Expressway, Runcorn | Reopening of slip road from Boston Avenue to Central Expressway northbound (towards Bridgewater Expressway ). |
| From 20/3/17 | A533 Central Expressway, Runcorn | Reopening of Central Expressway main carriageway northbound from Halton Lea to Bridgewater Expressway. |
New works
Essential work on the Mersey Gateway Project means the following new road, lane and footpath closures will be in place over the coming days and weeks.

A577 Weston Point Expressway, Runcorn | Total closure of Weston Link to Weston Point Expressway, westbound. A diversion will be in place. |

Halton Lea Roundabout, Runcorn | Total closure of Halton Link Road westbound from the Burger King roundabout to Halton Lea roundabout. There will be no access westbound (from Runcorn Shopping Centre) to Central Expressway northbound or southbound and Runcorn Spur Road. A diversion will be in place. |
