Mersey Gateway roadworks update – 28 September
Essential work on the Mersey Gateway Project means the following new road, lane and footpath closures will be in place over the coming days and weeks.

| 12/10/15 – mid November | M56 junction 12 eastbound exit slip road | There will be a total closure of the eastbound exit slip road at junction 12 of the M56 from Monday 12 October for around five weeks. There will be a diversion route in place via junction 11 of the M56. |
| 2/10/15 – 4/10/15 | Moor Lane / Ashley Way | There will be a total closure of Moor Lane westbound and Ashley Way (between Victoria Road and Moor Lane Roundabout) between 7pm on October 2 and 7pm on October 4. A diversion will be in place. |
| 4/10/15 – approx 8 weeks | Lower House Lane / Moor Lane | There will be a total closure of Lower House Lane between Lower House Lane roundabout and Moor Lane roundabout. A diversion will be in place. A contraflow will also be in place eastbound along Moor Lane for about 8 weeks from 7pm on October 4. |
