New site compound being developed near Hallwood Park estate
Work is due to start in February on a temporary site office and car park for project workers to the east of the Central Expressway near to the Hallwood Park estate.
A new footbridge is being built over the Central Expre
ssway in this area, and the existing Lodge Lane footbridge will then be demolished.The two-storey office and car park will remain on site until mid-2017. Once the work in this area is completed, the office and car park wi
ll be completely removed and the land will be restored around the new-look road layout in the area.
